Her deep business experience, the ability to make things happen and an established track record of real estate transactions valued at more than $350M positioned her for the role of senior managing director and chief of staff to CEO at Newmark Knight Frank. Ms. Kosmac was selected as one of the 100 Women Real Estate Leaders for the 21st Century by Real Estate Weekly and AREW; received the Real Estate Broker Award for her contribution to the economy of Morris County, NJ; and named Volunteer of the Year for her service on the Planning Board of Haworth, NJ. She is a Founder of Plum Alley and served as director and member of the executive committee for the NYC Chapter of CoreNet Global.
