Bridge Point Capital Establishes Bridge Point Advisory LLC as a Standalone Entity

Manhattan, New York, April 5th, 2023 - Bridge Point Capital has announced the establishment of Bridge Point Advisory LLC as a standalone entity, managed solely by Mark Young. With over two decades of experience in investment and finance, Mr. Young brings a wealth of expertise to the new company.

Prior to his role at Bridge Point Advisory, Mr. Young was a Partner and Investment Committee member at L. Catterton’s Latin America Fund, where he played a key role in managing the firm’s investment strategy. He also served as an executive in the McKinsey Investment Office overseeing the private wealth needs for the current and former Partners of the firm. He also co-founded a biotechnology company that attracted anchor investors including Warburg Pincus and the Harvard Endowment and later took it public.

As a standalone entity, Bridge Point Advisory will provide advisory and agent services to clients seeking capital solutions for working capital, capital expenditures, refinancing of existing debt, recapitalizations, or acquisitions. The firm’s experienced capital markets professionals will guide clients in securing cost-effective capital solutions.
