Mr. Rao is currently the Interim CEO of SplitByte.com & ImageProVision.us. He has led teams for management, operations and oversight for clients in Government, BioTech, Cybersecurity, Publishing and Energy sectors. Mr. Rao has advised on the strategy and managed the roll-out of high-profile projects, such as USA.gov, TSA Screening Gateway, Cancer.gov and other eGovernment initiatives. As the Vistage Princeton Chair, Mr. Rao ran three high-performing peer advisory boards for middle-market CEOs and business leaders of companies with total revenues exceeding $2 Billion. As the CEO of InfoZen, he has managed over $1 Billion in U.S. Federal Government contracts. Mr. Rao has an MBA in Finance from George Washington University (1991), M.S. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech (1986), B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Madras (1984).
